I’ve completed my first two classes with Instructor Vargas. Fantastic experience. I have played highly competitive soccer and did some minimal wrestling previously. Forget soccer conditioning. if you want to sweat and use muscles you forgot you had, then this is the place. 90 minutes and I got EXACTLY what I asked for. I learned technique, I learned to push myself in ways I didn’t know I could, and I was sore from the tips of my toes to my jaw. I LOVED it. I’m going to keep coming back because this is what I want to be good at and Proving Grounds has the knowledge, the discipline, and the care to take me where I want to go.
